Looking for something to read over winter break? Fill out a survey and receive a personalized bag of library books for you to enjoy over the holiday. Each bag will come with 1-2 library books handpicked by Ms. May, a bookmark, and candy. The survey is available on the Library’s Canvas homepage, and must be completed by Friday, December 12th. This opportunity is limited to the first 30 students, so sign up today!
Middle school students, please make sure to turn in your permission slip to your first block teacher to attend the Frost & Fun Winter Dance. The dance will be held on Tuesday, December 9th, from 3:00 to 5:00.

Dre Thompson – When a younger student experienced an asthma attack, Dre didn’t hesitate to step in. He walked with the student and made sure he was okay. Way to look out for others and show kindness!
Katelyn Moore – She created the fastest CO₂ racecar and is officially the Fall 2025 STEM+M CO₂ Race Champion. Congratulations on your outstanding achievement!
Ceionny Booker – Ceionny went out of her way to assist an individual who was lost and trying to find their granddaughter. She helped them locate the cheer team. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help!

Today, we are proud to celebrate National Kindness Day. We encourage everyone to take a moment to show kindness and respect toward others — a simple act can have a lasting impact. During your lunch period, please join the Student Council in the cafeteria to participate in our Kindness Day school project. (Teacher's you are invited too!) We would love for everyone to take part in this opportunity to make our school community a brighter and more caring place.
Today we will hold the Junior and Senior Beta Club inductions for our new members. The Junior Beta ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM in the auditorium and the Senior Beta ceremony will be at 1:30 PM in the auditorium. Congratulations to all of our new Beta Members on this outstanding achievement.

We are especially grateful to have one of our own among those heroes — Ms. Robson, thank you for your service and dedication to our nation. Congratulations to the Scholastic Bowl team for their victory over Appomattox last night. Lauralee Spickard led the generals in scoring with 190 points. Dakota Sage recorded 80 points and Dawn Ringo came in with 70 points. Congratulations!

Dixie Elder – Dixie has gone out of her way to help her classmates stay on task and has taken the lead in guiding others through steps when they were confused.
Brayden Childress – After finishing his work early, Brayden took it upon himself to clean and organize the counter in the art room.
Seth Halsey, Printice Stone, and Blake Brightwell – These students have done an excellent job serving as the General mascot throughout the fall at games, Trunk-or-Treats, and community events.
