Attention middle schoolers! SOL testing is almost here, and the SCA has some exciting incentives to get you fired up! For each SOL you pass, you’ll be entered into a prize drawing. Prizes vary from candy to LEGOs to even a 50 inch TV. If you earn a Pass Advanced score, you’ll not only be entered into the drawing, but you’ll also get the chance to pie a teacher in the face! And if you earn a perfect score, you’ll be entered into the drawing AND get to pie one of our three principals in the face! So bring your best effort, study hard, and show what you know—we believe in you!

Seniors the deadline to sign up to participate in baccalaureate is this Thursday, May 14th. Practice will be held on Friday, May 15 at 2:00 PM in the high school gym. Baccalaureate will be held on May 17 at 6:00 PM in the William Campbell High School gym. Seniors that are participating in baccalaureate should arrive by 5:30 PM.
Attention seniors! Join us for Senior Sunset on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the pavilion below the football field. Come help us close out senior year with hot dogs, friends, and a fun evening together before graduation. If you plan to attend, please sign up outside of Mrs. Anderson’s door in H206. We hope to see all of you there!
Attention seniors who signed up for Senior Service Day: Please make sure you receive a permission slip form from Mrs. Anderson as soon as possible. Any student who signed up but does not turn in a completed permission slip will not be able to participate in Senior Service Day. All forms are due by May 18th.
Do you enjoy seeing the Colorguard at football games and are interested in joining the group? The WC Marching Generals and Colorguard are hosting interest meetings on May 12th, May 19th, and May 26th from 3 to 5pm. There is no experience necessary to join and is open to rising 7th through 12th graders. If you are interested in joining us during next fall, stop by the band room or see Mr. Moore for more information.
Seniors, reminder that your senior tiles are due next Friday, May 15th. You can turn them in anytime prior to Ms. Frana in the art room. Don’t wait until the last day!

This is your chance, underclassmen, to soak the senior of your choice in one of the most exciting events of the year. Whether you're going for a quick splash or a total drenching, we've got you covered!
Pre-purchase your soaks from Mrs. Anderson during the week of May 18th through May 22nd:
$2 for a cup
$5 for a bowl
$10 for a bucket

Today at 1:30 PM, we will hold our Signing Day ceremony for student-athletes who are continuing both their athletic and academic careers at the collegiate level. Arnesia Dews and Lauralee Spickard would like to invite the Varsity Cross Country and Varsity Track teams to attend their signing ceremony this afternoon. Please report to the ceremony location promptly at 1:30 to help celebrate their accomplishments.
